I make almost all pieces to order. Each piece is handmade by myself (I have no other staff, unless the cats count!) This includes opening and closing each individual ring. Therefore it takes time to create each item and this can vary dependent on my workload and my supplies.
Pieces will usually post within 1 week of order, unless they are large pieces, I need to order specialist materials or items, or there are issues with my supply chain, in which case it will be posted within 2 weeks or as soon as possible. Any variation to this will be communicated to you via email.
Each piece will be posted in a padded black branded box, suitable for gifting. NOTE: Due to Covid-19, I may have issues sourcing these currently. Please let me know if these are essential to your delivery.
Products within the UK are delivered by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. This is included in the price of the products on the website. within the UK.
International deliveries will take between 5 and 10 days depending on the delivery zone and will incur additional costs based on location. Generally this is £5 plus £5 per item.
